Terms of Service
Effective May 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MTCI Healthcare Services website and any forms, content, and online tools we make available (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or harmful information. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
No medical advice
Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship. For medical questions, always consult a licensed clinician. For emergencies, call 911.
Forms & submissions
Information you submit through consultation, staffing, or contact forms is used to respond to your inquiry and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not by itself create a service or care agreement; any services are governed by a separate written agreement.
Services & eligibility
MTCI provides services subject to applicable Maryland licensure, payer rules, and availability. We reserve the right to decline any request and to modify or discontinue features of the Site at any time.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by MTCI Healthcare Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTCI Healthcare Services and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
