- Care intake details you provide voluntarily (e.g. patient needs, preferred contact time, insurance type).
- Usage data such as pages viewed, device, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and coordinate care or staffing.
- To send service-related communications (confirmations, follow-ups, reminders).

HIPAA notice
When MTCI provides care, certain information becomes Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. PHI is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided at the time of service. Please avoid sending detailed PHI through web forms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) staff and contracted clinicians who need it, (b) vendors that support our operations under confidentiality obligations, and (c) authorities when required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
